Yeah, that's right! We're looking to find the hottest ESL teacher blog in China? Is it yours? If you're pumpin' out prose and lamblasting your blog with crazy photos of Chinese food, mad facial expressions, wild students and travel adventure - we want to give you money! What? For doing crappola thats fun and you're already do during your free time?
Uh.. That's right!

RULES:
1. Blogs will be evaluated based on posts made starting November 01 and will inlclude a number of evaluative factors which we aren't going to tell you about.
2. To be considered for the contest, you must have properly included our proprietary linking code in one of your posts. No linking code, no contest enrollment. (Linking code coming soon)
3. Blog contest is open to all ESL Teachers living and working in China during the Fall 08 Spring 09 Semester. You do not need to have your blog hosted at ChinaTeacherBlog.com in order to participate. You must however have the linking code embedded in your site and agree to the terms of the contest.
4. Winners will be announced June 15, 2009 here on this website.

1ST PRIZE - $200
2nd PRIZE - $150
3rd PRIZE - $ 50
EVALUATIVE GUIDELINES:
We will be evaluating your blog on a number of factors, some we will publish here as a guide for you to move forward and others we will keep to ourselves. To have a better chance of being selected as this years, "Best China Teacher Blog." you should pay attention to a few details.
Site Design: If its pretty, we'll notice.
Traffic: Popular sites with lots of comments have a weighted score in our book.
Content: If its funny and you make us laugh, we'll allocate ridiculous honors upon your site. If its emotional and you move us to tears, thats okay too, but you'd better have your site singing us a cheery tune next time we visit!
Diversity of Content: If you're going to the bar and always talking about getting drunk, chances are we've been there and already know the story. We're more interested in -
- Your Life Abroad in China, Your Travel and Cultural Adventures
- Students and your relationship with them.
- Photo Journals of friends you make, your apartment, school grounds and local town or city.
- Food and places to eat, the judges are always looking for a new place to chomp.
- Unique and Funny Stories
- Some important things you have needed to adjust to since your arrival.
- Advice you give others about living abroad in China.
- What your friends and family think about you living and working abroad.
- etc.. everything goes - this is merely a guide!
